[mirror-admin] private mirror not appearing in mirror list

Matt, thanks for explaining this - I had no idea a dependency on development/ existed.  Thanks for updating the pointers.  On my end, I trimmed off development shortly after release due to storage space issues; a server upgrade is in the works.  Confirmed it is working now.Thanks!
