This is too broad - BYU's network is 128.187.0.0/16, not /8.

I've fixed this in MM for you, and within the hour I think that it
should be picked up. It's easy to check - just use

$ curl  'https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=fedora-18&arch=x86_64&ip=128.187.1.1'

And that will return a textual list of mirrors for that IP.
