[mirror-admin] for mirrors mirroring the rhel bits

[SWITCHmirror Admins]

Even our server mirror.switch.ch was listed since at least Saturday, we 
do not see any download traffic in the logs.

It seems that the RedHat download page does not make use at all from the 
mirrormanager.
