[mirror-admin] for mirrors mirroring the rhel bits

Hey All,  if you are mirroring the rhel beta bits could you please log into 
mirrormanager  

add the RHEL category to your host and the urls that you are serving out the 
rhel bits by please.  right now there is only 3 mirrors that are showing up in 
the mirrorlist.
