[mirror-admin] for mirrors mirroring the rhel bits

Hi,

I was on vacation and am catching up on email.  Have you seen traffic
since you're posting?  In the rhel-beta.repo file we have the mirrorlist
included.  So, anyone who is installing packages outside of RHN should
be hitting the mirrors.  

I know that doesn't help in the case of ISOs though.  Perhaps we could
add a MIRRORS file at ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/rhel/beta/.  Would
that help?
