I suppose the question then is how pervasive is yum-presto?  I'll admit
this is the first time I've heard of it, and there's no requirement that
Fedora as an upstream is putting onto the mirrors to retain the
deltarpms.  I think your going to find that relying on the normal
mirrorlist with this, your going to have to build it with the
understanding that not all mirrors will have what your looking for.  Or
your going to have to independently query the mirrors and generate your
own mirrorlist for use with yum-presto (or convince Matt to take a patch
that adjusts mirrorlist for your purposes).
