FWIW, I think excluding the deltarpms and not the rpms would leave a
mirror in an inconsistent state for users of yum-presto.  Presto uses
yum's mirrorlist when getting prestodelta and the deltarpms, which means
a whole bunch of 404's for users downloading deltarpms if you
--exclude=drpms on your mirror.
