[mirror-admin] linus.iyte.edu.tr active, but yum still prefers other mirrors

Hi there.. Forgive my ignorance.. What does YUM need for the server to 
support in order to use it as a mirror?

I have linus.iyte.edu.tr running now for some time, and it looks pretty 
good in terms of completion (it has the entire 10 and 11 releases, and 
its working on 12). I just tried from my laptop which is running 11, and 
its "fastest-mirror" plugin did not find (or pick) linus.iyte.edu.tr.  
linus so far supports FTP access.
