[mirror-admin] How do I know when a mirror is done rsyncing?

Hello! There is no way to determine the end of sync if remote server
does not use --delay-update option. But if it used. I check repomd.xml
in each repository repodata and compare it with local.

Yes, it is not so easy (we must scan all arches), but it really work
fine if remote host is a good mirror. Maybe attached file will help you.
Presto also has repodata:)
