[mirror-admin] How do I know when a mirror is done rsyncing?

I currently rsync the presto test repository from mirrors.eu.kernel.org.
I seem to keep on running into problems where I'm rsyncing from the
kernel mirror while it's still rsyncing from download.fedora.redhat.com.

Is there any way for me to know that it's still rsyncing and that I
should therefore wait until it's finished?
