[mirror-admin] Fedora 10 coming soon

Hey all,
I am new to mirroring Fedora, so perhaps I missed it in the documentation
but how does one get the releases via rsync before the release time? Do I
need a password to a particular rsync server that I work out with the admin
or do I just need to be listed as a public mirror?
