[mirror-admin] Killing a dead mirror

The mirror at ftp.uib.no needs to die.  Completely vanish from all lists. 
  Unfortunately, the person who set it up doesn't work here anymore and 
both username and password for the Mirrormanager account is gone.  Who do 
I talk to?
