Hmm, sounds very familiar. I to have periodic problems with my BroadBand
Service. Lately it seems their email server has been going down a lot
for short periods of time. I subscribe to their 10M service but I have
yet to "see" true 10M, more likely 6M.

I usually don't have problems with the TV side except for VOD, which
seems to stop working periodically, and I don't mean just on weekends.
I'll get "Service Unavailable" during the day during the week. I have
gone through about 6 boxes in 3 years. And yes, some higher echelon tel.
numbers would be greatly appreciated. And you kinda sound like me, only
I would have done it, that's why I relegate those calls to my wife. Fell
free to reply off list, if you wish not to publicize these #'s.
