[ale] Bellsouth ADSL? Restrictions ? Alternatives ?

Check http://www.atlnet.com  Very Linux friendly.  They will provide
static IP with adsl, but they do have charges for excessive downloads. 
Bellsouth on the other hand, will not provide you a static IP and have
told me that they won't even discuss installation on a Linux box.
