Senior Systems Software Engineer - Duluth, GA

Reporting to the Director of Systems, the Senior Systems Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, maintaining, documenting, and testing computer software in support of moderate to high risk and complexity products in an agile SCRUM development environment. The SSSE will also be responsible for supervising and mentoring junior Software Engineers and advocating projects and company practices. 

Cadillac Jack's Systems Software Engineers work on medium-scale system products in an agile SCRUM development environment. The Systems team develops a transaction processing system in a Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server environment. The Senior Systems Software Engineer leads junior engineers, is key in new development direction, and reports to the department director
Responsibilities
. Write server-side code. Maintain the existing system product and design and write new software product. Rapidly prototype new developments for demonstration to the team.
. Develop test plans, test automation scripts, and unit tests and perform code analysis and performance profiling.
. Maintain strong and healthy relationships with internal and external customers and participate on-demand with field service team when real-time, immediate, engineering solutions are required.
. Deliver reliable, secure, and efficient software designed to be extensible and reusable
. Design, document, and maintain product architecture congruent with technology and market progressions.
Skills/Requirements: 
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or similar
. Experience in distributed systems development, SQL, and a working understanding of RDBMSs
. Excellent coding skills in Microsoft C++ and C#, including TCP/IP and network programming
. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
. Experience in the Gaming Industry is a plus
