As a Linux Administrator you will use your well developed skills and experience of all aspects of the Linux/Unix operating systems for our 1800 servers (and growing) environment.   You will utilize your understanding of the full lifecycle of hardware and related software including: system utilities, commands, paging/swapping, inter-process communication, devices and device driver fundamentals, cron, file system concepts like inodes and superblocks.  If you thrive in an independent, hands-on, problem solving, self-directed, self-starting environment; this will be a fulfilling job for you.

Preferred Skills:
Minimum 3 years Linux system administration experience medium to large Linux environment (ie, over 50 servers  installed, patched kernel/libraries, upgraded OS, installed packages, compiled software, managed large number of user accounts), with in a total of 5 or more years systems administration on any platform.
