JOB DESCRIPTION
Tier 1/Tier 2 NOC  Support Engineer

Strong, technical NOC break/fix support engineers needed. Mid to Sr. level engineers with strong Unix/Linux command line level backgrounds.

Key skills:
*         Linux (Red Hat or SuSe) or Solaris - command line level
*         Nagios or Netcool
*         Networking background - familiarity with routers, subnetting
*         Pluses include: ITIL, Six Sigma, international customer support experience
*         Must be professional, work well with others, adaptive to changes, etc.

The shift will be one of the selected times below:
Mon - Fri (1pm - 10pm)
Sun - Wed (9pm - 7am)
Wed - Sat (9pm - 7am)
