Must have experience with:

.         Red Hat Linux Enterprise v. 3/4/5

.         Solid HW and SW implementation, customization, & troubleshooting
experience

.         Hands-on system administration experience in a large enterprise
environment 

.         Some Solaris administration (v. 2.6 - 2.10)

.         Solid UNIX scripting (shell)

 

Major Pluses:

.         AIX administration experience is helpful

.         Virtualization & Clustering experience (VMware, Hyper-V, Microsoft
Clustering or Veritas)

.         Some exposure to PHP and MySQL is helpful, but not required

.         Some exposure to Suse and HP-UX is helpful, but not required

 

The environment features 800+ total servers in a fast-paced "build"
environment.
