[mirror-admin] caching mirror

So I have a private "caching" mirror.  That is, I don't mirror the
whole repository but just cache what I do need to fetch on-demand.

How will this affect "report_mirror"?  Can/should I still use that tool
to report my mirror?

I did try running that a few hours ago but 

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mirrormanager/site/mine

is still showing "Last crawled" as None.

Thoughts?
