[mirror-admin] Problem with archive sync for fedora/linux/releases/21

Turns out I made a mistake in the initial sync where I put 21 in as
/pub/archive/fedora/linux/21/21/ which when I did a final cleanup
yesterday with a final rsync -avSHP --delete became
/pub/archive/fedora/linux/21/ So if you download buffet or archive and
want to save bandwidth you should be able to move
/pub/archive/fedora/linux/21/21/* /pub/archive/fedora/linux/21/
