[mirror-admin] fullfiletimelist broken??

I was using the new fullfiletimelist to avoid disk scans at
dl.fedoraproject.org. However it's now broken:

This isn't the rsync format. It also doesn't seem to include the time, unless
the first number is the time in an unknown format.

Please go back to the rsync format.
