[mirror-admin] fullfiletimelist broken??

I only tried it after several days, and checking that the format was the
expected one. I've already reverted to the usual method. I was only helping you
by not doing the disk scan upstream; here it makes no difference at all.

BTW, the timestamp of the new file was changing every hour, even if the
repository didn't change.
