[mirror-admin] Private mirror not published in mirror-list

You have been hit by bug in the MirrorManager web interface which
existed for a few weeks. Every user who logged auto-disabled his mirror
without having a chance to re-enable it again. I re-enabled it again and
your mirror is now listed again:
