You have been hit by bug in the MirrorManager web interface which
existed for a few weeks. Every user who logged auto-disabled his mirror
without having a chance to re-enable it again. I re-enabled it again and
your mirror is now listed again:

$ curl "https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=fedora-22&arch=x86_64&ip=134.95.191.128"
# repo = fedora-22 arch = x86_64 Using preferred netblock country = DE country = BG country = BY country = RU country = GR country = GB country = HU country = PT country = PL country = ES country = MK country = IL country = FR country = FI country = NL country = CZ country = SK country = SE country = DK country = TR country = IS country = UA
