[mirror-admin] Private mirror not published in mirror-list

Hi all,
we run a private mirror for our institute. After a hardware failure the
mirror didn't report in for some time and was subsequently removed from
the mirror-list. The issue is fixed now and we run rsync/report_mirror a
couple of times per day. Via the web-interface the mirror shows all the
content we carry as up to date.
Unfortunately our mirror doesn't get published via the metalink URL. A
fresh grab via curl is attached. Curiously the timestamp for repomd.xml
is over a month old (May 23rd 2015).
Our site-id is 1592 and the mirror-id is 1944
