[mirror-admin] private mirror not appearing in mirror list

I think, but I'm not sure, that changes were recently introduced to MM
to make it ignore netblocks larger than a certain size without manual
intervention (specifically to catch mistakes like this - it happens
that your mirror is publicly accessible, so there's no foul other than
increased bandwidth costs to you. If it really were a private,
internal mirror, a ton of sites would have broken)

So you might even see decreased bandwidth to your mirror :)
