[mirror-admin] private mirror not appearing in mirror list

All this chatter made me check my private mirror too, and it's not showing in the list either (darkstar.cam.nist.gov) for 129.6/16.  This is even from an rsync of dl.fedoraproject.org.  My config is unchanged for years.
