[mirror-admin] some tier 1 mirrors out of date

Indeed it is. ;( 

I have switched dns back to point to download-ib01 for download-i2. 

There's an issue with the snapmirroring that we need to clear up and
hopefully can bring the rdu2 ones back on line in a few days.
