[mirror-admin] some tier 1 mirrors out of date

The download-i2 servers are currently "behind" the master mirror by several
days due to failed automatic runs of the snapmirror.  Red Hat IT has
started a manual run, and will investigate the automatic sync failure.  It
will likely take a few hours before the snapmirror completes and
download-i2 is current again.
