	As for our Tier-1 mirror ftp.linux.cz, the fedora-enchilada0 module
is not listed in "rsync -L" - you have to know the name. And it is
IP-address restricted. So please check the speed of something like

wget -O /dev/null http://ftp.linux.cz/pub/FILES.byname

and if you are OK with the d/l speed from us and want to mirror from us,
send me your IPv4 or IPv6 address for the ACL and a contact e-mail address.
I think other Tier 1's have a similar policy.
