[mirror-admin] Fedora 18

Hi,

I don't see this directory on any of the mirrors, checking for master (
dl.fedoraproject.org) and a few tier 1 servers (fedora-enchilada module).

The documentation says:

But I don't see this rsync module on any of the above servers, any
instructions how to get pre-bitflip files would be great.
