What was wanted was to have the go/no decision on Monday and release on
Thursday. which cut down syncing to Tuesday and Wednesday.

Things have been pretty smooth and I dont want to upset that.  there is
still some mirrors not tiering correctly and they dont get any content
until the bits are flipped and the release is public.
