[mirror-admin] mirror not showing up in the mirrors list.

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mirrormanager/crawler/1132.log
shows the crawler thinks you have content. Please describe where you are
not seeing your mirror in the mirror list (e.g. a URL I can browse to show
this).
Copying the mirror admin for ftp.itu.edu.tr to comment. The crawler is
successfully crawling their server, so it can't be impossibly slow.
