[mirror-admin] mirror not showing up in the mirrors list.

Hi there. I'm the admin of linus.iyte.edu.tr, but  I can't figure out
why linus.iyte.edu.tr is not showing up in the mirror list.
I run report_mirror regularly (or at least chron does), which tells me
that it checked in successfully.

The second issue: Is there anyone from ftp.itu.edu.tr here?
That mirror has some serious issues  - I regularly get "speed below x /
bytes per minute" and my yum updates timeout when that mirror is selected.
I have to manually blacklist in yum.conf every time I set up a system :(
