You should also link against updates/testing/19 (there are a lot of
updates since the freeze).  Also, by linking to development/19 instead
of just development, a bunch of stuff has become unlinked from
development/rawhide.

Really, you should just hardlink across all of /pub/fedora/linux,
because some packages carry forward from version to version without
change, usually staying linked into development/rawhide.  The same
package could be in updates/17, releases/18, and development/rawhide.

BTW: while looking at the links, I noticed that drpms don't appear to be
linked across arches.  I guess that noarch/multi-arch rpms are handled
special to keep the timestamps the same (so "regular" hardlink runs will
match them), but the same logic isn't applied to drpms.  There's a lot
of space (and download bandwidth) that could be saved there.
