[mirror-admin] upcoming disruption in rawhide, F17-branched

At the request of assorted mirror people, we're changing the layout of the
tree slightly.

Instead of Packages/<20,000 packages>, we're intending to hash the packages
by first letter. 

You will get:

Packages/a/<some packages>
Packages/b/<some pacakges>

etc.

We're intending to start this with the initial landing of the F17 branched
tree. However, we'd also want to do this in rawhide going forwards. We can
start this switch at any time, but it would be a bandwidth-intensive event
for mirrors whenever we do it. Is there a preference for switching rawhide
a) when we branch F17 b) a week before we branch F17 c) tomorrow...?
