[mirror-admin] New I2-connected master mirrors

Of the 164 servers that attempted to rsync from dl0[12345].fedoraproject.org aka dl.fedoraproject.org aka download.fedora.redhat.com yesterday, 55 of such appear to be reachable by Internet2.

1) to me, that seems like a lot of servers that aren't using our tiering structure, which also means you aren't able to get our pre-bitflip content.

2) 1/3 of those could use download-i2.fedoraproject.org instead, which should provide faster connectivity now.

My recommendations:
1) please try to use a Tier 1 mirror listed at http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure/Mirroring/Tiering.
2) we can still take a few more mirrors into the Tier 1 category that are on Internet2, to "widen" the tree.  Please ask me if you are interested.  Download-i2 servers are fast and under-utilized at the moment.
