Any ETA?  For content you're still up-to-date on, MM will keep
directing users your way. But for content you're not up-to-date on, it
will stop.  Unless you run report_mirror, in which case you should
stop doing that if you're not going to be running rsync...

Moral: don't run report_mirror if you aren't actually up-to-date.
