[mirror-admin] ftp.linux.ncsu.edu

Folks,

The staging server (mirror.linux.ncsui.edu) that pulls content for 
ftp.linux.ncsu.edu had to be powered off for a power outage.  However,
it decided that it didn't like life when we went to turn it back on.
So, until I get this repaired or worked around, ftp.linux.ncsu.edu will
be up but not syncing in updates.
