Can you clarify the master mirror hostname? Is this going to be hosted
on download.fedora.redhat.com or an alternate host? Is a new rsync
module going to be added? I would imagine a new rsync module needs to
be added ASAP even if the directories are empty. This way the tiered
mirrors can get set up in time for the release on June 28.
