[mirror-admin] Slow syncing?

I just wanted to report that over the last week or so, I've seen an
increase in my sync speeds.  I'm now seeing around 6-8 megabits per
second, which IIRC is close to what I was seeing before.  I was curious
if anything changed on Red Hat's end, or if maybe Internap made some
changes to adjust to new traffic patterns.

I'm still getting '@ERROR: max connections (11) reached' sometimes (the
limit went from 9 to 11 between Wednesday and Thursday afternoon this
week), but not as often now.
