Do you mean an DVD image from RHN? In that case we cannot compare it
as RHN and redhat.com are behind CDN.

Can you please compare the speed with old PHX1 mirror?

Note: it might be little faster for PHX1 now as you'll be the only user 
of it, my results:
                                                    PHX1       PHX2
Server on ADSL in Slovak republic:               ~400KB/s   ~350KB/s
Server on 100Mbit network in Paris datacenter:   ~530KB/s   ~450KB/s
My laptop in Brno office, 20Mbit mpls            ~200KB/s   ~180KB/s
