I've got all the content staged and permissions set for mirrors to get
them.

This release we're doing something a little different. We're opening up
the pub/fedora/linux/releases/12/Everything/ tree up now, which is the
base package repo for Fedora 12 people. This will allow us to move the
pub/fedora/linux/development/ tree on to Fedora 13 content. The
12/Fedora and 12/Live trees are locked, that's where all the isos are
and the long sync times will be from. The Everything/ tree is just rpms
which all hardlink into development/.

Rawhide will move on likely tomorrow night.
