[mirror-admin] "File has vanished"

I sometimes get lots of:

file has vanished: "/linux/development/i386/os/Packages/DeviceKit-disks-devel-003-3.fc11.i586.rpm" (in fedora-enchilada)

type messages from rsync.  Sometimes, if I re-run rsync, it goes away,
but sometimes it'll still be there (and for the same files) for a while.

I remember there being some discussion about this a while back, but I
thought it was something temporary.  Am I misremembering or is it just
back again?
