[mirror-admin] Why still *lots* of download in releases/11?

Yes. I'm pulling from kernel.org, so both sites should check for
hardlinks. It's already at 43GB, so it's not a negligible mistake.

What's the difference between Everything and Fedora?

Fedora hardlinked everything just fine.
