[mirror-admin] Fedora 11 (open)?

I wondered why my rsync was taking longer than usual, and I see that I'm
downloading Fedora 11.  Is that intended?

The other thing I noticed is that the directory permissions are open,
not restricted like usual.  Are we just letting this one be "released"
as it downloads?
