[mirror-admin] fedora-archives.ibiblio.org IPv6 rsync broken

Apologies for replying to an old thread...

For the last few days, IPv6 rsync has been failing to 
fedora-archives.ibiblio.org.  IPv4 still works:

-bash-3.2$ rsync -4 rsync://fedora-archives.ibiblio.org/

fedora-enchilada        the ENTIRE Fedora Repository
fedora-epel     Extra Packages for Enterprise Linux
fedora-linux-development        Fedora Linux Core Development
fedora-linux-releases   Fedora Linux Core
fedora-linux-updates    Fedora Linux Updates

IPv6 fails:

-bash-3.2$ rsync -6 rsync://fedora-archives.ibiblio.org/

But I have connectivity to the server over IPv6:
