As all the others I had have much problems to get in sync with
download.fedora.redhat.com::fedora-linux-updates/

Now I've got the first complete rsync in a time of more then 20 hours.
Redhat has now limited the connections - yes this can be a way to come
out of this bad situation,
but no - the tier 0/1 should get allways a connection.
If tier 0/1 are not in sync the tier 2 will change to
download.fedora.redhat.com and the troubble grows up ...
