I'm in the exact same situation--running out of disk space with
--delay-updates due to timestamp changes. I've done a couple manual
syncs using --size-only and without --delay-updates to work around
that.

I was wondering about the timestamp issues. I think I got a bunch of
files with older timestamps when I synced to Duke. I'm guessing that
when someone downloaded the bunch of updates directly from koji, that
the timestamps where incorrect, but this is just a guess.

Right now I'm trying to sync to ibiblio, and I'm seeing some weird
things, like a bunch (perhaps *all*) of "new" updates/9/*.newkey
content. Are we supposed to be getting new content for Fedora 9
updates? Or were the timestamps changed there too?
