[mirror-admin] linus.iyte.edu.tr active, but yum still prefers other mirrors

Thanks - a whole bunch of directories appeared after I fixed the mirror 
configuration :)
I apparently missed the user_active variable there.

Earlier, I briefly saw the server in lists such as
  http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=updates-released-f10&arch=x86_64
but now it disappeared again..

Btw, I have enabled http access to the server today.
