[mirror-admin] Preparing for the re-signed F8 and F9 release content

Going through some old mail...

Is this going to happen or is it just going to go away?  F8 is already
well past EOL, and F9 is not far away (6 weeks or so?).  I'm not sure I
see the need at this point.
